Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.


PROCEDURE OF REFUND & EXCHANGE

Product must be returned back within 7 days of the delivery in their original condition. We do not cover the return shipping cost, but exchanges will be shipped out at no additional cost.
Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or refund will be issued.
In case of refund, once we receive the product, your payment will be refunded back within 24 Hrs, to the same account from which you made payment.
In case of exchange, your new order will be dispatched within 24 Hrs of receiving earlier order; and you will receive it in 7-10 working days.

The only exceptions on refunding and exchanging items are those that have been personalized to your specification, such as resized paintings (done through us or another vendor).


KEY THINGS TO REMEMBER TO GUARANTEE YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE:

• The identification tag must not have been removed from the item.
• All items must be returned in original condition (clean, unused and unaltered).
• All returned items must be in their original packaging, along with the Authenticity Card if supplied.
• Exchange will only be done one time per order. No refund or exchange will be given after that.

Although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in and report us. This is necessary to make the insurance claim.
If you return an item for a refund that was part of a promotional offer, kindly return any free gift that was supplied as part of that promotion. We recommend you return your item via tracked and insured delivery service to ensure you have proof of postage and that your item is reassuringly covered during transit.
